We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at dewberryuk@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalised items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving back to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, then please ensure to first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. Our Right to Reject

At any time prior to Order Acceptance, we may decline or reject your pre-order or order if one of the following good reasons apply: (a) if the Product becomes unexpectedly and unavoidably unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; (b) there is an obvious error in the stated price at the point of sale; (c) you request delivery to an address outside of the territories available for shipping; or (d) you order more than the permitted maximum number of Products shown on the basket review page.
